Gary Wickham is the President and Owner of Greenleaf Landscaping, bringing over 25 years of leadership and hands-on expertise to the company. As a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), Gary oversees all aspects of operations—from coordinating field crew schedules and managing equipment to training staff and ensuring adherence to company procedures. His strategic oversight and commitment to client satisfaction have been instrumental in driving the growth and long-term success of Greenleaf.
Originally from Cusick, Washington, Gary combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for excellence in landscape renovation and construction. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, and working on cars. A fan of Chinese food and the color blue, Gary also values time spent in nature and with family.

Arel Dantzler serves as the Assistant Manager and Billing Coordinator at Greenleaf Landscaping, where she plays a vital role in supporting office operations and managing accounts receivable. With over five years at Greenleaf and a strong background in the healthcare insurance industry, Arel brings exceptional organizational skills and a client-focused approach to her work. She communicates with clients via phone and email, tracks and reports internal paperwork, and ensures staff and clients are informed of service schedules and updates.
Originally from Lynnwood, Washington, Arel is known for her attention to detail and warm, collaborative spirit. Outside of the office, she enjoys winemaking, gardening, cooking, and crafting with her daughter, Myah. She also loves camping, tending to her citrus trees and tropical plants, spending time with family and friends, and taking road trips to Florence, Oregon.
Barbara Van't Net
Billing Coord/Admin Asst/Scheduler
Barbara Van’t Net plays a vital role at Greenleaf Landscaping, where she manages billing, invoicing, scheduling, and staff training with precision and care. Her organizational skills and dedication help keep operations running smoothly, while her positive attitude contributes to the supportive and collaborative team environment. Barbara finds great fulfillment in being part of a company that enhances the beauty of the community.
A proud graduate of University High School and lifelong resident of Spokane, WA, Barbara enjoys camping, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Her greatest joy comes from spoiling her two granddaughters, Paisley and Steel.
Crystal Layne
Human Resources Director
As HR Director at Greenleaf Landscaping, Crystal Layne brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and employment lifecycle management. With a strong foundation in medical and technology education, Crystal has built a career centered around people, process, and purpose.
For the past 5+ years, Crystal has been an integral part of the Greenleaf team, overseeing all facets of HR—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. She especially values the opportunity to work closely with staff in a smaller company setting, where relationships and culture truly matter.
Originally from Spokane, WA, Crystal is known for her approachable leadership style and her commitment to supporting both individual growth and company success. She thrives on solving challenges and creating a positive workplace environment.

As the Landscape & Irrigation Scheduler at Greenleaf, I have enjoyed being part of a company that truly treats its employees like family. The supportive and loving environment fosters a strong sense of teamwork, making it a pleasure to come to work every day. I have been with Greenleaf for four years, bringing my education of welding. My hometown is Elk, WA, & I enjoy reading the scriptures and singing in my free time.
Brandi Roldan
Receptionist/Admin Assistant/Scheduler
As the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at Greenleaf Landscaping, I handle a variety of responsibilities that include greeting clients, providing estimates for landscaping jobs, and scheduling for our mowing and horticulture departments. I truly enjoy working here because of the amazing crew I get to collaborate with every day. I earned my GED and have been a part of the Greenleaf team for four months. Originally from St. George, Utah, I have a passion for reading, camping, and helping others in my community.
Annie Wickham
Marketing Manager/Scheduler
With a strong background in office administration and medical billing & coding, I bring organization, creativity, and precision to my role at Greenleaf Landscaping. I manage all aspects of marketing from website design and digital advertising to scheduling Arbor services, ensuring our brand reflects the quality and care we deliver to every client.
What I love most about working at Greenleaf Landscaping is being part of a passionate, collaborative team dedicated to turning landscaping visions into reality. Though I’ve been here just five months, the culture and mission resonate deeply with me.
Based in Spokane, WA, I’m happiest outdoors, camping, Jeeping, and spending time with my husband of 21 years, our four amazing children, their spouses, and our ten beautiful grandchildren.

Originally from Missoula, Montana, Matt holds an Associate’s Degree in Business, which supports his strategic approach to operations and team coordination.
Outside of work, Matt is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Zags. His love for nature and sports reflects the same energy and dedication he brings to his role every day.
Michael Richardson
Spray Manager
With over 20 years of dedicated service at Greenleaf Landscaping, Mike Richardson is a cornerstone of the team, known for his deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership. As Spray Manager, Mike oversees crew operations, chemical ordering, and scheduling, while also working actively in the field to ensure every application is done safely and effectively.
Originally from La Habra, California, Mike holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, which adds a layer of precision and organization to his management style. His extensive experience and product knowledge make him a trusted resource for both his team and clients navigating the complexities of spray management.
Mike enjoys the problem-solving aspect of his role and the opportunity to learn something new every day. His calm, reliable presence helps keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Mike is a passionate fan of Rams football, and enjoys watching sports and movies, camping, and spending quality time with his family. Whether he's outdoors or relaxing at home, Mike brings the same dedication and enthusiasm to everything he does.

Jason McGinnis serves as the Mowing Manager at Greenleaf Landscaping, where he oversees crew coordination, ensures top-tier quality control on job sites, and resolves any issues that arise during mowing services. With over 14 years of experience at Greenleaf Landscaping and a career rooted in the landscaping industry since graduating high school in 1994, Jason brings deep expertise and dedication to his role. Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, he’s passionate about the outdoors, enjoying activities like hunting and fishing. When he's not outside, you’ll likely find him watching football and cheering on his favorite team, the Raiders.
Rob Layne
Mowing Manager
As Mowing Manager at Greenleaf Landscaping, Rob Layne brings strong leadership, hands-on training, and a passion for building high-performing crews. With 2 years at Greenleaf Landscaping and a background in law enforcement and corrections, Rob has successfully transitioned his team-building and leadership skills into the landscaping industry creating a positive, efficient work environment that gets results.

With a strong background in parks, recreation, and wildlife, supported by an Associate of Applied Science degree, Patrick blends technical expertise with a deep appreciation for the natural world.
A Spokane native, Patrick plays a vital role in scheduling, field operations, and training new employees, ensuring every irrigation system is installed and maintained with precision and care. His problem-solving mindset and calm leadership make him a trusted resource across the company.
Outside of work, Patrick is rarely indoors. He enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, and tending to his yard activities that reflect his lifelong connection to nature and the outdoors.

With over 13 years at Greenleaf Landscaping, John Goldsberry plays a key role in keeping the fleet and equipment running smoothly. As a shop mechanic, John handles general repairs and maintenance, ensuring every vehicle and machine is safe, reliable, and ready for the job.
Originally from Dodge City, Kansas, John is a self-taught mechanic whose passion for fixing things began at just 8 years old, starting with lawn mowers and never looking back. “I just kept tearing things apart to learn more,” he says a curiosity that’s grown into a career built on hands-on experience and problem-solving.
John enjoys the independent work style his role offers, along with the satisfaction of diagnosing and solving mechanical challenges. His consistent Monday–Friday schedule allows him to stay focused and efficient while supporting the entire Greenleaf team.
Outside of work, John’s hobbies include motorcycles and wood turning, where he continues to apply his mechanical mindset and craftsmanship in creative ways.
Louis Prigan
Shop Manager | Certified Mechanic
With over 24 years of dedicated service at Greenleaf Landscaping, Louis Parigan is the trusted expert behind the scenes, ensuring every piece of equipment and vehicle operates safely and efficiently. As Shop Manager, Louis oversees all shop operations, combining mechanical expertise with a sharp eye for detail and safety.
Originally from Pescadero, California, Louis brings a strong work ethic shaped by his years in the military and a lifelong passion for problem-solving. He holds a high school diploma and is a certified mechanic, known for his ability to tackle challenges with precision and creativity.
Louis enjoys the variety of his work, from diagnosing mechanical issues to coordinating shop logistics. His favorite part of the job? “No two days are the same—and there’s always a new puzzle to solve.”
